No refundable, If you choose the non-refundable rate, please note the following conditions: Full Payment Required: The total amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. No Refunds: In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount paid is non-refundable. Changes Not Permitted: Modifications to your reservation, including changes to the dates of stay, are not allowed under this rate. Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. The card will be charged immediately after the reservation is confirmed. Non-Transferable: Reservations made under the non-refundable rate cannot be transferred to another person. By choosing the non-refundable rate, you agree to these conditions and acknowledge that no refunds or changes will be granted under any circumstances.
Flexible rate : If the cancellation/modification is made before 7 days prior to your arrival date before 12:00 PM, no fees will be charged. If the cancellation/modification is made within 7 days of your arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night's rate and taxes will be charged.
